Open the app and tap the profile icon. You can sign in with your Apple ID, Google account, or email. Creating an account lets you save your room analyses and plant matches across devices.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We'll send a reset link to your email address. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can use those providers to log back in directly.

Go to Account Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your data, including saved rooms, matches, and credits. You can also email plantmatch@theaiplantdoctor.com.

Each AI room analysis or plant visualization uses 1 credit. Free users get credits to start. You can also buy credit packs that never expire.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings, find PlantMatch, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on credit packs. Contact plantmatch@theaiplantdoctor.com with your order details and we'll process your refund.

Take a photo of any room, balcony, or outdoor area. Our AI analyzes light levels, humidity, space, and room type to understand the conditions. Then it recommends plants that will thrive there.

Our AI considers multiple environmental factors for high-accuracy matching. For best results, take photos in natural lighting. You can retake photos from different angles for more detailed analysis.

AI room analysis and plant visualization require an internet connection. However, your saved matches and room analyses are available offline.
